Can your seafood be eaten raw?
 

Yes, please do! All of our seafood is sushi grade and can be enjoyed raw or rare. The on-boat processing and individual handling of all of our fish ensure the quality demanded by any raw preparation.
 

How is your seafood packaged?
 

Our filets are vacuum-sealed and our shellfish is glazed and loosely packed in bags. We take sustainability very seriously. Our boxes are made from 70% recycled material, are Sustainable Forestry Initiative certified, and feature bio-based, non-toxic ink. Our boxes and insulated liners are all recyclable. If you'll be traveling for a while, you can skip a delivery at any time from your member account. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, so if you're ever unsatisfied with what you receive, just reach out and we will make it right!

How do I know what seafood I will receive in my upcoming delivery?
 

We project your subscription box contents up to three months into the future. To find out what species are coming your way, log in to your member account or check out our Projected Harvest page. We also send you an email with your upcoming box contents three days before the delivery charges, so you have time to modify the order as needed
